Brook+Jeremy

Saturday evening I had the opportunity to take some photos of Brook and Jeremy out around their house. The cool thing about it all is that they live on land (and in a house) that has been owned by Jeremy’s family for years. The house they now live in is the one his mother grew up in, and although they’ve lot a lot of remodeling (it looks amazing!), they have worked hard to preserve as much of the original house as they can. I think that’s awesome. They are both beautiful people, and it was a lot of fun getting to hang out with them for the evening. In spite of having to fight the rain and cloudy skies, we were able to get some really great pictures (I think, anyway). Here are my favs:

Wow! Those are beautiful pictures! My favorites are the one with Brooke’s head on his lap, the one in front of the barn, and the one of them walking down the street. Looks like you had cool scenery to work with! I am so glad you are getting lots of practice. Remind me to tell you about the new lady in my church who has a photography business. She said you could join her on a job if you would like!

Thank you Jake (aka Propmaster) and Diana, the extremely talented photographer! Brook and I had such a fun time getting our picture taken and dodging the rain drops. I am amazed at how beautiful and professional the pictures look! You made the experience very comfortable with your calm demeanor and I never really felt like we were “posing” for anything, which was awesome. You should probably get a planner handy for when word gets out about your photoability – and no, that’s not a word…but maybe it should be! Thank you so much!!

Jeremy–I’m so glad ya’ll enjoyed it. I know I did! Jake’s the real talent, though…step ladders, tarps, umbrellas–he had his hands full…literally! :-) Thanks for letting us hang out with you guys! We should do it again, soon, even if no cameras are involved. :-)
