I know ya’ll have been wondering what Diana and I have been up to for the past few days. We headed out of NOLA because of Gustav and Today about 10pm I found out we finally have the OK to go back home!! It is exciting to know we can go back but I know how big of a mess we left our apartment in. And I just looked at the weather and IKE looks like its going to cause us some more trouble. I hope not, I really hate this time of year now especially since I cannot go to the beach and make use of these storms. I did get to go out one day this past week and make use of the swell that Gustav pushed up. Anyways here is the depressing graphic I just looked at.
I figured ya’ll stay away all week. Leaonda went back on Wed, to no power, and they were staying at the church. I wonder what goes on in her brain sometimes. Wait, no I don’t! :)
I know the first thing you’ll do is check your TV and Computer! Sarah likes the pretty colors in your graphic. I don’t like any of them. That black one will get us!

All the girls say “Hi” and Sarah still has no concept of distance/time: “I want to stay at (MeeMee, Granny, Jake & Diana)’s house tonight! Kirsten is saying Da Da Da. Of course she’d say my name first! Although she’s said Ma Ma Ma too, She doesn’t have a clue. Mikayla is doing great in school, and she should be tested for the gifted program this week! I think we might have another “little Diana in the making” Lord knows here parents aren’t that smart! :)
