Three updates

Bathroom update: As of today, all of the electrical work in the bathroom is FINALLY done. Hooray! This means that we can now put up walls, and put in the floor, and install the vanity and sink, and pretty soon we’ll actually have a bathroom. It’s so close! I’m getting really anxious now.

Job/insurance update: We have found affordable insurance, and we will be able to pick it up as soon as mine expires on February 1st, so that there will be no lapse in coverage. We’re still praying and exploring some other options for income and employment, but for now we’re at least okay until we make a more permanent decision. We can’t thank you guys enough for all of your prayers and encouragement over the last week. It really means a lot.

Picture update: Here’s the most recent picture I’ve taken. I LOVE the city at night. Jake will testify that if we are ever out on the high rise (where you get a really good view of the city) at night, you’ll probably hear those words come out of my mouth. There are a lot of things I miss about living in a small town (I know, weird, right?), but I love the city at night.

I enjoyed those shots at night as well. Not the gun shots mind you, but the shots of the city.

    NO MORE SOLAR SHOWER!!!!!! :)

As always, Em and I will continue to pray for God’s direction in your lives. Is there such a thing as “affordable” insurance?????

Sarah still thinks Jake is funny!!

ok – you gotta tell me – how did you get such a clear picture? When I take shots at night if they don’t come out blury – they come out with an orange-ish tint to them.
