Yesterday slipped past without a blog. We were back in Flomaton for a funeral, so we weren’t really thinking about blogging. A good friend went on to be with the Lord this week after a year and a half long battle with cancer. I want to share this picture because I love it. This was last July, about 10 months after her brain tumor was first discovered. She finished this 5k and went on to do a few more after this. It’s just such a picture of victory and perseverance. She was a very strong lady, and she was an inspiration to so many people.
Also, Jake has requested that I post this video in honor of Valentine’s day. Tiiiiines….Tiiiiiines….Tiiiiines…..

I hate to hear that!! I was there at that race with yall and that was awesome that she finished. I am saddened to hear she passed.
