@Stephanie, we have also been looking into going 100% Skype. I am not sure about plugging it into any router. I have not been able to find any solid info on it. If I find any good solutions for that I will let you know.

Diana (or Jake- you just don't know me),
Travis and I are thinking of going 100% Skype for our phone service. We have a theory that we have worked out in our head for how to get around having a phone plugged into my Macbook 24/7. However, we don't know if our theory would work in practice and are wondering if you can shed any light on the idea. Here is what we were thinking of doing... getting the airport hub (the "big" one) and plugging the Skype phone into it along with our printers and portable hard-drive. I know the printers and HD would work but would the Skype phone idea work? Do you know? Just wondering. I won't have Internet access soon, so please email Travis at work with any ideas or suggestions you guys may have. His email is twright at sebts dot edu. Thanks a for any advice you have!
